10. Payment Terms

10.1 Payment to Our Bank Account
All payments (unless otherwise specified) should be made to our designated bank account. For complete account details, please contact our team.
10.2 Advance Payment Requirement
Payment for all services is required in advance unless we have received and approved post-dated cheques or another form of guarantee covering the entire service period.
10.3 Fee Structure and Costs
The fee structure and costs are as initially indicated and agreed upon at the time of signing these terms and conditions or as prevalent at the time of subscribing to a product or service after the signing of these terms and conditions.
10.4 Payment Methods
Clients are required to make payments through bank transfer, credit card, or by providing post-dated cheques as agreed upon in the Support Services terms. In accordance with the preceding clause, the Client acknowledges responsibility for any applicable administrative charges imposed by us.
10.5 Bank Transfer Fees
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the payer.
10.6 Accepted Payment Cards
We accept online payments in Emirati Dirham (AED) via Visa and MasterCard.
10.7 Minors
Users of the website who are minors (under the age of 18) are prohibited from registering on the website or conducting transactions through it.
10.8 Record Retention
Cardholders are advised to retain copies of transaction records and familiarize themselves with our policies and rules.
10.9 Account Confidentiality
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.
10.10 Processing and Timelines
Applications are submitted for processing, and the indicated timelines commence upon receipt of payment.
10.11 Ancillary Services
Any ancillary services will be quoted and charged in advance, subject to acceptance through written consent or mutual agreement.

11. Costs and Additional Charges

11.1 Disbursements and Third-Party Charges
In the course of providing our services to you, we may incur various disbursements, governmental charges, and payments to third parties. It is important to note that invoices related to disbursements from third parties will be issued under the Client's name.
11.2 Client's Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that such charges and expenses are your sole responsibility and are not included in the originally quoted fees for our services.
11.3 Authorization for Payment
By engaging our services, you hereby authorize us to make payments on your behalf for these charges and expenses within 5 working days from receiving instructions to do so from our side, along with any necessary supporting documents.

12. Payment Defaults and Renewals

12.1 Post-Dated Cheques and Security Deposits
If post-dated cheques or security deposits related to any subscribed products or services are not cleared within 30 days of their due date, legal action may be pursued to recover the outstanding funds.
12.2 Late Payment Penalty
Late payments will incur a penalty of 10% per month or part thereof.
12.3 Cheque Return Charges
In the event of a cheque being returned, a charge of AED 250 will apply.
12.4 Unauthorized Credit Card Charges
In case of unauthorized credit card charges for monthly Support Services payments, a charge of AED 250 will be applied.
12.5 Yearly Renewable Products and Services
Any yearly renewable product or service will automatically renew for an additional 12-month period unless written notice of cancellation is received at least 2 months before the renewal date.

13. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall we be liable for any consequential, indirect, special, or incidental damages or losses, including but not limited to business interruption, loss of profits, sales, business, anticipated savings, business opportunity, goodwill, reputation, or data. This limitation of liability extends to our directors, employees, and agents.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Services following such changes will indicate your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend that you regularly review this page for any updates.
